Voronezh State Technological Academy
Voronezh Technological Institute was founded in 1930.
It was the first engineering Institution in the city. The teachers were
to train engineers for starch and treacle, sugar, fermentation and spirit
industry, to carry out the scientific researches, elaboration of new
technologies and equipment.
In 1975 the Institute started the training of foreign students from all
over the world. And in 1994 Voronezh Technological Institute acquired the
status of the Academy. Now this is Voronezh State Academy of Technology

Department
The preparatory department trains foreigners for the next types of
specialties: engineering, economical, humanitarian, medically-biological.
The tuition fee for each type, including accommodation, is 28200, that
is equivalent to $1200, with 1 dollar rate=23,5 ruble

NOTES: 1.The Tuition fee is under periodical indexation. 2. The tuition
payment is fulfilled only in rubles independently from the dollar rate straight

Foreign citizens must provide the next documents:
1. certificate of completed secondary education including studied
subjects and grades
2. medical certificate, proving the absence of contra-indications for
studying in Russia

Due to The Russian Federation Law, foreign students must have medical
insurance – about 4500 rubles. his is one of indispensable conditions for
entering the academy.
Teaching language: Russian
Hostel will be
provided by our Representatives , L&C Language and Culture Co.,Ltd.
Foreign citizens, coming to The Russian Federation for higher
educational training, must possess for their expenses not less than 3500 rubles
per month.

Science and Technical Library
of Voronezh State Academy of Technology

The Academy's library, occupying 1583 square metres,
at present houses over 818000 holdings. The number of readers is more than
9000. The library collection includes a variety of materials, chiefly in
sciences, food and chemistry technology, computer aided management, machinery
for the food and chemistry industries, economy and industrial administration.
Students may borrow books from any of the library's three departments:
science literature, fiction literature and instruction literature. |

Readers may also use
for their work 5 reading halls which contain collections of science
literature, technologies, reference books and humanities. The library has
special affiliates at the faculty of international students and at the
faculty of special secondary technical education. The library also has
specialized sections: the section of systematization and catalogues and
completing, a section of library science and bibliography. Services Undergraduate students, graduate students, doctorate

International collaboration
and education centre of VSTA For the first year
of training (preparatory course) you will master Russian and systematize the
knowledge on mathematics, physics, chemistry, will master a computer and the
laboratory equipment under the direction of skilled teachers. After the
termination of preparatory faculty you receive the corresponding certificate
and continue training on the elected specialty on one of faculties VSTA or
other high schools of Russia. |
